You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Use Remember Forever only to preserve memories of people, pets, or moments that you have a legitimate connection to.

Respect the privacy and dignity of the people and families whose memories you preserve.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Unauthorized voice cloning or audio impersonation of real people.

Impersonation, identity fraud, or attempts to deceive others about who someone is.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.

Illegal content, including content that exploits minors, infringes intellectual property, or violates applicable law.

Uploading another person's intimate images or private records without their consent.

You retain ownership of the memories and content you upload.

You grant Remember Forever a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share with.

The Remember Forever software, brand, and interface are owned by us and protected by applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

AI features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected; see our AI Disclosure.

Storage and feature limits may apply based on your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in ways that put others or the service at risk.

You may close your account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remember Forever is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We may update features, pricing, or these Terms over time.

Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
