Account information: email address, language preference, and authentication identifiers.

Memories you upload: photos, videos, voice recordings, journal text, and the profile information you create (name, relationship, dates, nickname, address term, speaking style).

AI-generated content: summaries, tags, captions, and conversational responses derived from your memories.

Technical data: basic device information and logs used to keep the service running and secure.

Memories are stored in private cloud storage scoped to your account.

Access is enforced at the database level using row-level security so only you (and people you explicitly share with) can read your content.

Backups may be retained for a limited window to protect against accidental loss.

Memories are kept for as long as your account is active or until you delete them.

Deleted memories and files are removed from active storage immediately and from backups within 30 days.

When you delete your account, your data is purged following the steps described in the Data Deletion Policy.

You may access, edit, or delete any memory or profile at any time.

You may delete your account and all related data at any time from Settings.

You may request a copy of your data; an in-app export is being prepared.

Depending on your region (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection.

Remember Forever stores memories uploaded voluntarily by users.

You remain the owner of your content.

Remember Forever does not sell personal data.

We do not use your private memories to train third-party foundation models.

Remember Forever is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
