Refund Policy

Remember Forever Premium is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout.

Subscription fees are collected in advance for the upcoming billing period.

First-time subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service was not substantially used.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive AI usage, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed.

If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.

Premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Duplicate charges or billing mistakes will be investigated and refunded when verified.

Please contact us within 30 days of the charge if you believe a billing error occurred.
